Composition :
100 % Royal Jelly- 200mg

Part used :
Food of the queen bee

Royal Jelly is the food the bees provide for their queen. It is a secretion of the head glands which is fed to the larvae during the first three growth stages. Thereafter, the worker bees only receive pollen and honey while the queen-to-be continues to receive Royal Jelly. This is comparable to breast feeding: the young queen receives all the nutrients required to live 4-5 years and produce 3‘000 eggs per day (worker bees only live about 50 days).

The active ingredients in Royal Jelly include vitamin B1, B2, B6, E, H, pantotenic acid, folic acid, inositol and lipids (acetylcholine), among other, essential compounds. In one season, a bee hive may produce about 500 g (1lbs) of Royal Jelly. To harvest the Royal Jelly, the queen bee is replaced after 3 days with a prefabricated queen bee cell.

Take 3-6 capsules daily, with plenty of water.
