The Ash tree (Fraxinus excelsior) is a plant in the species of the ashes (Fraxinus) in the oil tree family (Oleaceae). It is a stately tree which can grow to 40 meters (130ft) in height and get 300 years old; its trunk can reach 2 meters (6ft) in diameter. The leaves are high in iron and copper, with medicinal properties that are diuretic and fever reducing. They also contain salicylic acid which is used in treatment of rheumatism. The main active ingredients include inositol, tannin, essential oils like terpen, ursolic acid, chinon, various flavanoids and cumarin.
History: The ash tree was declared ‚Plant of the year‘ in 2001.
Take 1-2 capsules three times daily, with plenty of water.
